Since the West Elk Bicycle Classic is a point-to-point ride, a shuttle of some sort is required either before or after the event and varies depending on where you are staying. Many riders attending the WEBC have friends or family in tow that will be able to take care of the shuttle. Otherwise, you’ll need to plan ahead.

Here are your options if you are staying in Crested Butte:

Take care of the shuttle on your own.

Take advantage of a WEBC shuttle from the Crested Butte Community School to Gunnison the morning of the ride. This shuttle requires an advanced reservation will depart from the Crested Butte Community School parking lot at 5:45am sharp.

Shuttles will run periodically throughout the afternoon, post ride, between the finishing party and Gunnison. This shuttle requires an advanced reservation.

Here are your options if you are staying in Gunnison:
